The cuts of meat, thickness, number of steaks per package, pounds per package of hamburger, etc.

Our goal is to have happy cows, happy customers while improving the environment by practicing regenerative ranching. When we go to the store we are always recording the price of steak, roasts, hamburger, etc. to make sure our meat is comparable in the price per pound.
